KINDBlog The KINDED movement was seeded by the KIND team (www.kindsnacks.com ) to encourage people to surprise others with unexpected acts of kindness. Research shows that kindness makes people happy and happy people are healthier! That’s why we developed KINDED - to make unexpected acts of kindness easier to do and happen more frequently!

This blog shares our experiences, thoughts and tips on KINDING.

12/14/2009 - 12:44

We are super excited that over 1000 kind acts have been posted on KINDED.com! Moreover, we are incredibly inspired by the KIND acts we have learned about through this website. You all have given us some great ideas for KIND acts.

A couple of our recent favorites: someone spotted a complete stranger $0.90 at the grocery store register in Virginia Beach and a family in Connecticut was pleasantly surprised when friends of theirs who happened to be dining at the same restaurant paid their bill! With all the shopping and traveling we do this time of year, the season is ripe with opportunities to KIND someone!

The Great KINDING There are 19 KINDINGS in the longest chain...

The Great KINDING is why a kind act “is not just a kind act”, rather has an impact that is much greater.

Ever wish you could do an incredible kind act for someone else, but can’t do it alone?

The KIND team wants to help make it happen.

All you have to do is pass on a kind act along with a KINDED card and be part of the chain that travels the furthest by January 29th.

The Great KINDING may be yours… learn more.
